Round channel fans are designed to move non-explosive gas environments with a temperature not exceeding 60 ° C, containing solid impurities not exceeding 100 mg / m3, not containing sticky substances and fibrous materials, in temperate climates of the 2nd category of placement according to GOST 15150-69, with an ambient temperature up to plus 40 ° С. The speed of the fans can be controlled using a stepless triac speed controller or transformer speed controller.
Standard sizes of VK fans diameter: 100, 125, 160, 200, 250, 315.
The casing is made of sheet steel with subsequent painting. To increase the tightness of the body of its part, its parts have special flanges. The housing has a minimum flange length of 25 mm for proper mounting to air ducts.
Engines with an external rotor with an impeller with backward curved blades are used.
Fans are installed directly in circular ducts. Installation is possible at any angle relative to the axis of the fan, as well as in wet rooms. A mounting bracket with screws is supplied for quick and convenient mounting of the fan on a wall or ceiling.
Duct fans are designed to move clean and dry air at ambient temperatures from -15 ° to + 40 ° C. VK are used in supply and exhaust ventilation systems of industrial and public buildings. The root-mean-square value of vibration velocity at the fan installation sites should not exceed 2.8 mm / s. Fans must be operated in explosion-proof rooms.
